Is it worth it to upgrade from iPhone 3G to iPhone 3GS for $400 if you already own an iPhone 3G? To be honest, $400 is a lot for a new phone. In fact, instead of upgrading to iPhone 3G S for that amount of money, you can buy one of many smartphones in the market and you don’t have to sign a new contract. The new Apple iPhone 3GS is here! It’s like S type is many sports cars, only sportier, sexier, and faster! Applications run at 2 times faster on iphone 3GS than the previous version. Launch messages is 2.1x, load SimCity is 2.4x, and viewing Excel Spreadsheet is 3.6x faster than before - absolutely amazing. 7.2Mbps HSDPA is supported by the iPhone 3G S. WOW!
Here comes the new 3.0 megapixel camera with auto focus and auto exposure, you can take videos too! 30 fps VGA with audio. some really cool features - voice control. Say what’s playing, call Scott, stop the music… forget about touch, just say it and the iphone 3GS will do it! There is a built-in digital compass, and new compass apps integrated into Maps.
And for the new price? 16GB iPhone 3GS is only $199 - same price of current 8GB iPhone but double the storage space, and $299 for a 32GB version. And 8GB iPhone 3G will sell for only $99. All will be available on June 19th - the official new iphone release date.

When will Verizon and Sprint Get the iPhone

Apple’s exclusive agreement for at&t to carry iPhone is supposed to end sometime in 2009. However, at&t has made so much (so does Apple) from selling the iPhone exclusively, they are very happy to extend the agreement for one more year, which will bring the date to sometime in 2008. That’s good for those who just purchased the iPhone 3G with at&t. By then your contract will expire and you will have more carriers to choose from. If Verizon Wireless get it, so will Sprint. And logically, T-Mobile will also be an ideal choice since they have been rolling out 3G network in 2008. We can definitely expect an iPhone 4G in 2010. It will be interesting to see how the iPhone 4G will play out for all the carriers. I am not sure T-Mobile will have their 4G network ready by then. So, Verizon and Sprint will be your best bet.

What is the best deal for Apple iPhone?
So, the iPhone was officially out on June 29th. And 10 million iphones are expected to be sold by the end of 2008. So what is the best deal you can get on a brand new iphone? It costs you $499 for the 4GB model and $599 for the 8BG. There is currently no promotion or discount available through AT&T or Apple stores. So don’t expect any free iphone after rebates like you can get for those razr phones. There is no way Apple will discount iphone, you either have the money for it or simply get the free razr phone instead. Good luck.

Why do you want to buy an iPhone? It’s expensive, it’s not 3g, it does not have a full QWERTY keyboard outside the screen, and it does not run on palm OS or Windows Mobile. So what’s so good about the apple iphone? Why can’t you get a regular phone that’s free out of pocket?
These are the questions that many might ask when the iphone finally comes out in June. it took Steve Jobs over 2 years to develop this revolutionary product, it has to be something right? Let’s take a look at what iphone offers that other don’t - a super large touch screen that fits into your pocket. a full QWERTY keyboard that stays on the screen when you need it and disappear when you want to use more screen space. Did I mention the iphone gives you full HTML web browsing. None of the smartphones in the market today can do that. What are other reasons that make you want to buy iphones?
