Well I have 4 lines on my Verizon Family Plan and by me going online to do my transactions my activation fee was waived. I also did speak with a agent and they also confirmed withme that it will be free. You have to really talk to them and let them know that you can’t afford that and they will work with you. Somehow maybe just cut it down to 1 or 2 activation fees. good luck
