Sprint Reviews

Sprint PCS along with Nextel is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the United States behind AT&T and Verizon Wireless. With 53.8 million subscribers, Sprint Nextel operates the third largest wireless network in the North America and it’s one of the fastest growing wireless companies in the world.

What makes Sprint different from other carriers is that Sprint has pretty much upgraded its entire wireless network to 3rd Generation, called EV-DO, also known as Power Vision network, while carriers like T-Mobile is still stuck in 2.5G EDGE network. The EV-Do, especially the latest EVDO Rev A offers much clear and fast multimedia download. This newest network is capable of providing mobile video, satellite radio, web access, and video mail with broadband-like speed. The only competitor that offers similar network is Verizon Wireless, but some of the areas covered by Verizon are still in the process of upgrading.

Being the network with advanced 3G, Sprint always offers some of the latest cell phones that take advantage of the high-speed mobile technology. All the latest smartphones offered by Sprint are capable of streaming video and audio. Many cell phones including smartphones are free after rebates when you sign up for a 2-year plan. One unique plan that offered by Sprint called The Simply Everything Plan - for $99 a month you get unlimited voice/data/message usage, while  AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile only allow unlimited voice usage for the same price. The Simply Everything Plan obviously offers the best value for the lowest price. We highly recommend it if you are looking for an all-you-can-eat plan.
