The Samsung Instinct was originally planned to sell at $199 on June 20th. The official price will be at $129 after $100 rebate with a new 2-year contract. That’s price cut of $70. That’s going to make it $70 cheaper than the upcoming iPhone 3G, which starts at just $199 after discounts. Is it a good deal? You bet. However, you will need to sign up for the new unlimited plan for the new Instinct phone. The all inclusive Everything plan starts at just $69.99 per month, which includes 450 minutes of talk time. And everything else like email, web browsing, navigation, text message, and Sprint TV are all free. The same price at AT&T will only cover unlimited data usage, extras like GPS and text can easily bump up your monthly payment over $100. Time to upgrade your old smartphone.
